Jaw crusher is commonly known as jaw crusher and is a commonly used equipment in the mining machinery industry. Jaw crushing is usually used for coarse and medium crushing of materials. Working principle of jaw crusher:
Regardless of the series of jaw breaking, its working method is driven by extrusion, and the working principle is the same: the motor drives the belt and the pulley, and moves the moving jaw up and down through the eccentric shaft. The included angle becomes larger, which pushes the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is squeezed to achieve the purpose of crushing. When the movable jaw descends, the included angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate is on the tie rod. Under the action of spring, leave the fixed jaw plate, and the crushed material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the crushing motorized jaw crushes and discharges periodically to achieve mass production.

Application field of jaw crusher:
This series of crushers are mainly used in industrial materials such as building materials, highways, railways, hydraulics, chemistry, metallurgy, mining, chemicals, cement, construction, refractory materials and ceramics for medium and fine crushing of various medium and hard ore and rocks. This series of crushers are suitable for crushing various soft and hard ore with compressive strength not higher than 300MPa (megapascals). The bulk of the material to be crushed must not be greater than that specified in the technical parameter table.
